*Students can make up holiday dates by attending
another appropriate class or a make up class date.
ATTENDANCE
All
classes missed must be made up within a two-month period. There are no refunds or discounts
for classes missed due to holidays,
weather, vacations, or illness.
Regular
class attendance is very important
for the individual student and the entire class. If a student is going to miss
more than one consecutive class through the school year or will not be
attending recital dates, please inform me with a written note. Please, be
prompt and ready to dance at your scheduled class time. Classes will start and finish at the
scheduled time.
To
insure every student feels comfortable in his/her class, I will evaluate all
students for ability, age compatibility, and class size. If I feel any changes are necessary I will
contact the parent.
SNOW DAYS
When any school in the surrounding area; Penn Manor,
Hempfield, and Lancaster, cancel due to hazardous weather, Dancers’ Edge will
also cancel. As soon as Dancers’ Edge is
closed, there will be a message on my home business phone, 285-4982. Please, call and check. THE BEST ADVICE IS IF THE WEATHER IS
INCLEMENT DO NOT COME TO CLASS; WE CAN MAKE IT UP LATER.
It would be greatly appreciated if everyone would
try to keep studio, waiting and dressing rooms neat and clean.
